We build commerce software for a group that sells things.
The Onyx Grid is the software studio of BNB INVEST FZE, a United Arab Emirates group established in 2021 that also owns and operates consumer retail brands.
Why that matters
We are our own first client.
Most agencies learn commerce from the outside: through briefs, tickets and a staging store. We learn it from a group that runs real storefronts, holds real stock and settles real payouts, and whose operators sit down the hall.
So when a merchant tells us that consignment stock breaks their inventory count, or that reporting across several stores means exporting spreadsheets, we recognise the problem rather than needing it explained. Several of our apps exist because the group hit those problems first.
It also sets our standard for shipping. Software that mishandles a payout or double-counts stock costs the group money directly, so correctness under load is not an abstract engineering value here.

Design, engineering and release sit in the same team. Nothing is subcontracted, so nothing gets lost between vendors.
Correct under load
Commerce software fails at the edges: partial payments, duplicate webhooks, stock races. We design for those first, because that is where money is lost.
